Terrific beachfront property

The condo at Grandcamp-Maisy was superb. The view of both the English Channel and the harbor were spectacular. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had everything one needed. It was such a warm and comfortable place to come home to after a long day sightseeing. The location was very convenient to the sites in the area. It was also very safe and quiet. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting Normandy and the WWII beaches.

Short break in Normandy

The property was clean, well equipped, plenty of room for 4 people ( we were a couple so it was even better) with brilliant panoramic views of the sea , beach, harbour and the little village set around the harbour. There are several bars and restaurants close by as well as a supermarket with 24hr fuel available. If you want to stay close to the Utah and Omaha D-Day beaches this is a great location.

Summer stay

This is a lovely, clean and very comfortable apartment. The area was quiet despite being by the port. We had everything we needed for our stay. Grandcamp is a nice little town with great restaurants and the boulangerie / super market, all in walking distance. Highly recommend.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement. Tout est fait pour que le séjour y soit très agréable. Le propriétaire Nicolas est très sympathique et accueillant et on ne se lasse pas de l’emplacement exceptionnel face à la mer. Nous recommandons sans problème cette réservation.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern einen zweiwöchigen Urlaub in Grandcamp-Maisy verbracht. Es war unser erster Urlaub in der Normandie und in Frankreich.Der Kontakt und die Begrüßung vor Ort waren sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und den Hafen. Zum Unterstellen der Fahrräder gibt es eine Garage im Untergeschoss des Gebäudes. Der zur Verfügung stehende Aufzug ist gerade bei der An- und Abreise sehr hilfreich. Eine Bäckerei, der Fischmarkt und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die sehr gute Lage ermöglichte uns eine Vielzahl an Ausflügen.Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden gerne nochmal wiederkommen.

Wonderful. Million dollar view in a fairy tale fishing village. Clean and well maintained and equipped. All necessary amenities and activities close at hand. Great value for money.

Normandy Birthday Trip

Apartment has been nicely renovated. Amazing views of the sea. We enjoying watching the tides. Morning walk to get fresh fish. Grocery is within walking distance and has a good selection. Superb base camp for visiting the D-Day beaches, monuments, and within driving distance of Mont St Michel. Relaxing trip!

Un petit Bijou !

Les photos de l'annonce rendent bien compte de la réalité, cet appart est un petit bijou avec sa vue sur la mer et sur le port. Appartement décoré avec goût et il ne manque rien, on s'y sent comme chez soi. Bonne literie. Idéalement placé pour faire les plages du débarquement.

Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles ist aufeinander abgestimmt und auch sehr sauber. Es fehlt an nichts. Apparemment très bien équipé avec pratiquement tout ce dont vous avez besoin à la maison. Les lits sont excellents L'appartement est propre, l'intérieur moderne et confortable. Sympathique accueil de nos hôtes. Appartement qui correspond bien aux photos publiées sur le site, confortable, au calme avec une magnifique vue sur le port. Cette charmante petite ville est bien située pour visiter la côte et ses sites historiques et autres balades sur le littoral mais aussi et surtout profiter des produits issus de la pêche locale et la proximité des ostréiculteurs. Excellent séjour à renouveler sans hésiter.
