"We stayed in two rooms for three nights. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was disappointing. When we arrived, the receptionist remained on the phone for nearly 10 minutes before acknowledging us or arranging for a bellman to help with our luggage.

"The hotel was really nice and clean, it had a really cool vibe, the staff were brilliant. The rooms were a good size with good facilities.
It was a short walk towards the lake.
