"The ocean front location and view are excellent. Access to the beach is just a 2 minute walk down a path from the backyard of the house. The inside common areas of the house and back deck are perfect for relaxing, grilling, and watching the ocean. Hot tub is in a great place for star gazing and right on the back deck. The house is clean, quiet and cozy with a lot of windows looking right out on the ocean. Great place to go anytime of year!"

"The apartment is compact but well laid out, well kept & well equipped. Good central location with immediate access to the Coast Hwy. Nearby groceries & gas. Perfect for people to use as a base to explore this area of the coast. The 4-plex is just off the hwy but, surprisingly, even with the windows open at night, noise from the hwy was minimal. Jeff is a great host. Excellent & specific communication. We had all the information we needed exactly when we needed it. No problems at all with the arrangements, the apartment or understanding expectations. We will be back!"

"The location and view can't be beat!! Walking distance to beach and a great restaurant that's open for all meals. Watched bald eagles catching fish and seals swimming on a daily basis from the comfy recliners. House is very clean and cozy and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay."
