"Set of smoke alarm while cooking and set off alarm. Staff came to check and then asked if all was okay. Mentioned water heater wasn't keeping hot water and then offered to change room but we just waited and they changed the hot water heater the very next day. Excellent attentive service"

"Hotel is new, rooms are of good size for a family of 4. Breakfast is good but it seems that staff doesn't keep the flow of the guests, you have to wait and or even ask to getba clean table. From time to time food is not replenished at the Speed It should be. You have to tell them the day before before 22:00 you want your room cleaned, we were never told that during check-in although it wouldn't have helped since we checked in at midnight. It is a great value and if your going to Liseberg or World of Volvo it's right in the spot."

"The beds were not as comfortable. Room was clean. You had to pay for parking but it was at the premises. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety to choose from. Our view from our room was absolutely beautiful. The view from the breakfast area was absolutely amazing. Loved the jacuzzi & sauna, wish it opened later hours though. Staff was very sweet and helpful, specially Mann, he was the best, very welcoming & kind. I would definitely stay here again."
