Overall the property was nice and room was perfect for what I needed. However I never received my check-in instructions and couldn't get anyone from the property to get into the building. Thankfully their outside service was helpful. Then when I got inside I didn't have a room key, again I called and left a message regarding my missing key, over a two night stay, I never heard from anyone. Thankfully I didn't have any issues with things getting stolen.

What a bargain! A beautiful Inn located in the quiet countryside. Our bed was very comfortable, room met all our needs and the common areas were excellent. We were pleased to meet some of the other guests. A very enjoyable stay!

A perfect little getaway during Fall foliage season. Great location in scenic New Hampshire, and close to Vermont. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable after a long day of driving. Well rested, a good night's sleep. Cute towns - Currier & Ives Scenic Byway nearby.

The property is very well kept and the surrounding is quiet and beautiful. Yet, the coffee machine and the hot water fountain were both out of service as they haven’t been descaled.

There is no staff on site at this property, which is very strange. I was supposed to receive check in instructions and did not so had to call during a day of travel with limited cell service to sort it out. They need to send you a link first for you to approve a large refundable security deposit and they said there had been a technical issue with my situation. While the location is pretty and the inn is quaint our bathroom was very outdated. The sink area was about 18” across so limited space to set things down annd there were big stains in the sink. And an old linoleum floor needs replacement in the bathroom. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

This is a very comfortable place with a great fireplace an awesome kitchen and a very cool vibe. While I rated the staff and Service excellent to be completely honest, I didn’t see any staff. The communication I had from the folks running the facility was spot on, so will call that great service! What made it even nicer was on this particular stay there were awesome people staying there which made for great camaraderie. I would go back!

The building is beautifully decorated and spotless! When I got into the room it smelled amazing it was so comfortable and the decorations and bed spread were so cute! The electronic thermostat and noise maker were really nice touches and everything was just perfect. The attention to detail was spectacular. 10/10 would recommend to any one and would stay again

This was the first time in a location with no staff to interact with. The room was clean and the other quests at the location were very friendly. The bed in our room was to die for, so comfortable. It's like a B&B but it's just a B, your have to make your own breakfast.

Nice clean place. The heat in our room was hard to control. We set the thermostat to 65 and the room went to 76 at night. Too warm for a comfortable night's sleep. We were there in the Inn by ourselves and were very comfortable in the common areas. The kitchen is well equipped. Could have used one TV in the common area. We would stay there again.

Great value for the price

Pros: - Great location for enjoying Mt Sunapee area - The common areas were great - Very easy and smooth check-in and check-out. - Great value for the price (Possible) Cons: - This wasn't an issue for me, but there is no staff on location. I didn't need anyone at all, but just in case you want to interact with a human when you check in or check out, you won't find that.

Cozy Spot in the mountains

Our first stay here, manager easily reached by texting as we had some questions. Our room was spacious on the first floor, very clean, freshly painted, new bathroom with a great shower. The mitsubishi A/C w made it perfect temperature for sleeping. It was a full house here but very quiet. We went to dinner at Wild Wood Smokehouse. A guitarist played ,service A+. Back to Brook Road Inn and slept in our comfy bed and woke to coffee in the kitchen. Perfect get away from NYC.
