"We used this location only for a quick sleep as we were passing through. The only positive thing about this place was the lady working the front desk. She was so sweet! There was a party going on outside when we checked in-- at 1am. Very strong marajuana odor and extremely loud people and music. Thankfully, we could not hear that from our room. "I was unable to check in due to an issue with my reservation. The room was listed online at one rate, but when I arrived at the property, I was informed that a significantly higher rate would be required. The staff was unable to offer a satisfactory solution or assistance regarding the discrepancy. It also took a considerable amount of time to reach someone for help after arriving at the property. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service...

"Excellent staff and their service. The hotel is renovating few rooms and thus common areas were little dusty and there was no drinking water supply. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars for every category. The hotel has an EV charger which is the most convenient feature"
