NO, DISHWASHER, ON THE BEACH, BBQ GRILL, TVS DIDN'T WORK, HOUSE WAS DIRTY, ELECTRIC FIREPLACE, these things were listed and NEVER provided! Her and her husband were extremely nasty and wanted me to walk from the gate to the house and wouldn't let my driver through the gate. My son's brother is security guard there and she told me I was a nasty effing liar. She used profanity at me and she was just extremely rude!! I DON'T recommend...

"I just wanna leave you some review here for you guys to know before coming into this property gorgeous place amazing people very friendly, clean room and towel service every day but the only problem that I had with this property finding it on Google maps the Google maps actually straight up the hill instead of down by the water so make sure you check properly before you go and the other things as I wish they had shampoo and conditioner. The only half body wash nothing else for Hair so if you’re going there carrier shampoo and condition. very cheap price. It’s definitely worth it. I will definitely go back there."

"Elsewhere was excellent. The staff took such great care of us.The day we came, they were outside waiting for us, greeting us and helping us to settle in. Ms. M. took such good care of cleaning our rooms and washing our laundry each day, ironing if we needed it. Ms. C. is such a great cook. Anything, we needed they shopped and cooked and prepared in such a nutritious way. We felt pampered.There were 2 other staff "R" and "K" were at our beck and call. Thank you for such a great vacation. We had a wonderful time and we enjoyed the place.The rooms were beautiful, the atmosphere was beautiful. We had nothing to complain about."

"I was very impressed with the humility, friendliness and the unique quality of the staff going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. My initial encounter with the shuttle driver, Robert, from the airport which is only 17 mins in heavy traffic; to my first encounter with Peter, the guest house' owner, as well as Tianna, guest house keeper and Wayne, the maintenance worker, gave me the full assurance that I had made the right choice. This guest house is a hidden gem as it is not visible from the street. I savored very moment of my stay from July 25th - 28th! The cleanliness of the rooms and entire property; delicious breakfast; with additional treats of coconut water and sugar cane, which filled me up for the entire day as well as the breath-taking view of the ocean and the cool breeze; and the joy of watching the spectacular sunrise, were enough to make me tell others about this hidden gem and my desire to visit again. Thank you so much for this awesome experience. Multiplied blessings!! Keep up the great service you offer to your guests!! Thank you!!"

"I love the fact that it’s a good family place to stay , with good parking , you feel at home when you are there it’s like a home away from home , my only problem was one room wasn’t fully AIR conditions and the summer was really hot but they did have enough fans , I would give them a 9 and a half outta 10 ,,, the next half is for the room that wasn’t fully AC but I love it , environment was quiet."

The property is even more stunning in person than the photos suggest – every room is beautifully maintained, the views are breathtaking, and the entire villa feels luxurious yet incredibly welcoming.The communication by Joseph before and throughout our stay was outstanding. Every question was answered promptly, and everything was handled so professionally that we felt completely looked after from the moment we booked.A special mention has to go to the incredible chef, whose meals were one of the highlights of our trip. Every dish was prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients and was absolutely delicious. We genuinely looked forward to every meal!The staff were simply amazing. They were warm, friendly, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their kindness and hospitality exceeded all of our expectations.If you're considering staying here, don't hesitate. "I give Windfall Villa a two thumbs up. The ocean views is gorgeous, the outdoor patio is nice and comfortable, the only thing missing is a hammock, the house is a pleasant home away from home. Mel and Marsha are excellent host and chaperones, Marsha is very knowledgeable about her city Montego Bay. Mel made us feel very welcome and the restaurants they took us to was A.. If you are looking for a nice quiet, private getaway Windfall Villa is the place to go."

"This was such a beautiful house situated on such a beautiful lot overlooking the crystal blue waters! We loved the open air concept of the house which felt so luxurious! Everything was perfect and easy and organized- the airport transportation, the lodging, the meals- it was all wonderful. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Tamika’s meals were always wonderful, and served exactly at the times we requested! The entire staff provided exceptional service and were always ready to help accommodate our group. We loved the kayaks and paddle boards and saw some amazing coral reefs and tropical fish while out on the cove. The bedrooms were also wonderful- the beds were so very comfortable- we all talked about how nice they were! Everything was always clean and the staff constantly picked up and made everything so comfortable. The pool was stunning and perfect for our group of 8 ladies! Highly recommend this house. Also, Julie- the host- was wonderful and highly responsive. We loved this house and our time in Jamaica."
