Check in was a disaster. Lost my reservation even though I showed them my confirmation email for 2 rooms. The front desk guy could care less about finding my reservation. He put me on the phone with someone who claimed to be looking for my reservation but apparently had to log in to one system after another and just kept saying, “1 second” over and over. In the end, I finally got my 2 rooms. Then the guest next to me starts blaring music at 1am and singing along to it…..but that’s a story for another time.
Sucio, mal olor, poca calidad en los muebles.
No volvería a reservar en este hotel.

No frills but clean
This is a no frills motel conveniently located to everything.
The only issue was that I was double charged - by both the motel, who said it was “pay at the property” and hotels.com, who said they would rectify it and have not.
The place is a dump we looked at 5 rooms and all of them smelled awful and not even halfway clean, needs several repairs no smoke detectors the place needs to be inspected by the city for compliance.
Check in was speedy and the front desk person was polite. But that was the only good thing about this place. Many cobwebs down the wall behind the door. A substance, which looked like blood on the doorframe to the bathroom. The tub was filthy. The mirror had toothpaste spatter on it. The shower curtain rod was coming loose from the wall. The bed cover was stained and had burn holes. The sheets were stained as well. Do not stay here.
When I arrived the lights were out so I asked what was going on and she replied that one of the workers from earlier hit a power line and that they were waiting on the utility truck to come and fix the problem.
There was cigarette burn holes in the linen. There was an empty soap wrapper still in the bathtub with grime and pubic hairs multiple pubic hairs in the bathtub as well
Very polite people very clean well and organized. Always there to help inany way they can. I love this facility out of all of them in Gonzales they are ten thumbs up. I recommend everybody to go visit The Cajun Country inn.

Friendly staff. Good location. Room condition/cleanliness below average. Looked at three rooms before finding one that was tolerable. Last guest's soap/hair still in shower. Bath fixtures old and showing signs of corrosion. Refrigerator exterior rusted and nit clean inside.
Certainly not a $100 room. Suspect that price was inflated due to weather event in area.
I was booking a room for my spouse and kids who were traveling late at night and needed a last minute stop. The person who answered the phone (I think his name was Cody) was SO friendly and helpful - I was grateful for his service!
It was gross! I will include condition of the place but let me start by saying there were cigarette burn marks all along the side of the tub, broken drawers, microwave bedside, mold, holes, etc.
Avoid this place at all cost spend the extra $20 per night and stay somewhere nicer.
Hotel same nice at 1st but then after the 1st day I got bites all over me and then realized after a while that there's bed bugs at the hotel. Also there are people that are very noisy that live there not a very good experience for myself
