"The house is well equipped. It has a pleasant and quite private garden with nice tables and chairs. It is set in a small cul de sac of similar properties so there isn't any through traffic and is quite tranquil. It is a very short stroll to the water's edge. We only used the ground floor which had everything we needed. We didn't attempt the metal spiral staircase to the upper floors which is probably not very practical for young children or anyone with mobility issues. There are a couple of negatives which could be easily addressed: there was only one garden recliner if you wanted to sunbathe and it was quite dirty. Secondly, although clean, the house could do with a refresh, e.g. a lick of paint and repair the door under the outside stairs, where the wood has rotted there are holes. However, we had a very pleasant holiday and the area around the Gulfe du Morbihan is beautiful with lots to see and do. This house is well positioned for easy access to all the area has to offer. "
