"The staff were accommodating and friendly. We were in transit and needing to sleep; the rooms were great, swiftly prepared and exceptionally clean. We slept! Our only disappoint was the high tea that camd with our bookjng. We were expecting a high tea with cakes/clubs sandwiches/savouries/champagne/tea. Instead, we got a glass of wine and after half an hour wait 4 small dim sum each, which we shared. When you promise a high tea, an expectation is set. Aside from that, everything was great."

"The whole 11th floor from corridor to room has a strong smell of SWEAT just like inside a gymnasium in a secondary school. It is quite annoying from time to time. The 6th floor, the self laundry floor, is more pleasant with the help of strong laundry washing power odor."

"The room size was great, the beds and air conditioner worked well. I found the facility well maintained and customer service great. The location is terrific and close to shops and the MTR station. The only draw back when we went in March was that their pool was undergoing maintenance. The pool looked fine when we checked it out but was only open the day after we checked out."

"Disney magic at every turn. Delicious albeit expensive breakfast options. The pool was sadly closed for maintenance which seemed like an annual occurrence. We visited in the end of March. "

"Very friendly staff, good location for a family with free shuttle buses. Kids play room for the little ones. Small 7-11 across the road. Self service laundry also across the road."

"Staff are great, location is very easy to navigate, tranport easily accessible. Hitel is very clean. Bottled water provided, late check out and use of the fitness area to shower before the airport. Would return."
