Imperial Hotel Gold Coast
Staff are wonderful and very welcoming. If you can get a breakfast package do it, a good buffet with gluten free options and eat as much or as little as you want. The staff care which in this day and age is hard to find at most properties.

The Langham, Gold Coast and Jewel Residences
Was there for 3 days and 2 nights room was not cleaned or made once, notified staff no action was taken poor service especially staying in the hotel.

The pool and hot tube were amazing. The temperature of the pool was amazing as it is heated. We had so much fun swimming with the the kids for a long time.
