Rustic house in a small village with amazing views

Welcome to Refúgio da Montanha a comfortable rustic house in the Góis region of Central Portugal. Here you can relax in the quiet rural setting and enjoy the spectacular views over the Serra do Açor. Nearby is the Rio Ceira where you can experience the beautiful, secluded and quiet river beaches with heavenly waterpools and waterfalls where you can swim and relax.
Up the spiral staircase are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and bathroom , downstairs is an open plan kitchen and living room with an open fireplace, there is an additional WC. At the rear of the house is a terrace where you can eat and relax.
This is an ideal location if you want to enjoy a quiet area, love nature, walking and wildlife. There are beautiful footpaths through the Ceira valley where you can enjoy a swim in the river and beautiful views.
We have a barbecue area with a bread oven you are welcome to use and a garden with olive and fruit trees.
There is an outdoor terraced area with a table and chairs for eating and relaxing chairs to sit and enjoy the view. This is a shared area with the hosts. We will offer you a coffee in the morning.
The hosts live next door and will be around if you need any information or need anything to make your stay more comfortable.
We offer guided walks around the area, identifying the plants and wildlife of the area.
If you want to indulge in complete relaxation, we can arrange holistic treatments on-site - Sports massage, Reflexology and Aromatherapy.

Bem-vindo ao Refúgio da Montanha uma confortável casa rústica na região de Góis, no centro de Portugal. Aqui pode relaxar no tranquilo ambiente rural e desfrutar das espectaculares vistas sobre a Serra do Açor. Nas proximidades encontra-se o Rio Ceira onde pode experimentar as belas, isoladas e tranquilas praias fluviais com piscinas e quedas de água paradisíacas onde pode nadar e relaxar.
No topo da escadaria em espiral encontram-se dois quartos duplos, um quarto individual e uma casa de banho , no andar de baixo encontra-se uma cozinha e sala de estar em plano aberto com lareira, existe um WC adicional. Na parte de trás da casa há um terraço onde se pode comer e relaxar.
Este é um local ideal se quiser desfrutar de uma zona sossegada, amar a natureza, caminhar e a vida selvagem. Há belos caminhos pedonais através do vale do Ceira onde se pode desfrutar de um mergulho no rio e de belas vistas.
Temos uma zona de churrasco com forno de pão que pode utilizar e um jardim com oliveiras e árvores de fruto.
Existe uma área de terraços ao ar livre com mesa e cadeiras para comer e cadeiras relaxantes para se sentar e apreciar a vista. Esta é uma área partilhada com os anfitriões. Oferecer-lhe-emos um café pela manhã.
Os anfitriões vivem aqui ao lado e estarão por perto se precisar de alguma informação ou se precisar de alguma coisa para tornar a sua estadia mais confortável.
