Pros: - Ski-in, ski-out - Great, friendly staff Cons: - Old, run-down hotel - Poor quality food in the restaurant - Flies in the bedroom - Bedsheet and towels are low quality linen cloth - Had no hot water for showers through-out stay - Cleaners came into room despite a Do Not Disturb sign on door - No kettle, iron or safe - Lift was often broken"

"Room was spotless, high quality appliances. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the driver who takes you to and from the slopes. Only thing I would change is having a jacuzzi as the outdoor pool isn’t very warm. Other than that amazing. "

"Such a great hotel!! Location was perfect, walking distance to everything train station, shops, restaurants, etc. Has an elegant wood cabin vibe to it. The wellness center was awesome, 3 different types of saunas! Staff was super nice and attentive, gave us great recommendations. Loved it so much, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I ever visit again. "LOVED. Greeted with the manager and his cute dog- a small boutique hotel with a perfect view of Matterhorn and balcony with that same view. They also offered cute large, warm jackets to chill outside or on the balcony. "
