"Bad sewage smell from toilet. When reported to reception, staff said they’d check it. On return told it was resolved but in reality nothing had been done. Was not offered to change rooms. Very little care shown. Pillow was dirty and soiled. Breakfast was not very good."

I'd have liked a mini fridge in the room and the shower pressure was just ok but like most yanks if I'd my druthers it'd be like a power washer so take that with a grain:) Otherwise a perfect stay. "
