"Although building works currently taking place, with no impact on my stay other than slightly trickier with parking, I was able to park nearby & enjoyed a great stay at this hotel, with a superb meal and great choice of drinks. "I wanted ground floor unit due to 2 people having mobility issues. sent property a request for this with no reply. arrived to be told on 2nd level with stairs as the only access. asked if we could change to ground level & told no sorry. This made our stay difficult for the ones navigating the stairs with their mobility issues "
