"Stayed one night - very small, but clean room "

"Air-conditioning did not function - we were told it wasn't activated until summer, we were given a key to open the window (6th floor, so all the residualheat rose to our floor). "We tried to check in around 7 and there was no one at the desk and a sign saying they were short staffed. The hotel message o line said check in before 8 PM. So there was no person. No phone answered and no room key under our name in the file on the desk for customers. We did not get to stay and had to book another hotel. I will need a refund. "
