"We stayed for 1 night,on arrival we werr given our key and dhown to our room,all good so far, room spotlessly clean, windows open to air room (good touch).
Enjoyed night out in Glasgow, slept really well on an extremely comfortable bed.
Awoke and went for shower, still waiting on the hot water to come through......
Breakfast was as expected for a continental, went back to room and tried to sign in to wifi, no luck, password given was an old one....upon checking out and explaing to staff,was told apoligeticaly that the key should have had a slip of paper with password on it and they would get maintainence to check the shower/hot water problem...apart from those problems...we only had 1 bath towel btw forgot about that, so check for that when entering room"
