Palorto Inn is a beautiful hotel in Gjirokaster, close to Old Town Bazaar. Our room was gorgeous, beautifully decorated with wonderful views of the city and castle. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and professional. I recommend coming to this historic town and stay at this beautiful hotel.

In terms of cleanliness, the place was spotless. The location was good, close to the main atrracions. The pillows are good also, but very uncomfortable. The hotel should inform the guests preciously about the car park (in case of they need it), because it was a nightmare pass in the tiny and climbed streets of Gjirokaster.

To start with, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious, and both of us couldn’t eat it all. This hotel was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Hôtel neuf remarquable. Le personnel a été charmant même si le fait d'avoir ouvert récemment nécessite quelques ajustements, comme par exemple l'entretien de la chambre entre 2 nuitées... Le confort de la chambre est parfait et la vue exceptionnelle.
