"The soundproofing in the rooms could be better. The room was nice and spacious. The eco features weren't great for me personally but others might appreciate it. "The property is beautiful and walking around the grounds at night was peaceful. The food was amazing and the service and staff friendliness was superb. There is a convenience store at the pool / suites area you can buy snacks from. You can take a shuttle to gimpo Airport. My room was very clean and nicely layed out and decorated. Plenty of amenities and the floor manager even remembered my name which was nice. This is moreso a luxury hotel for travelers coming / going from airport."

The shower got very hot and had lots of pressure. I locked my self out once and was able to get help promptly. The mattress was quite firm but that’s really all I could complain about. Great stay! "
