"We have no complaints or negative comments about this property or the owner. There MAY be things that folks don’t like but I feel like those are just personal preferences. Comfortable and clean unit. Within a mile of the unit are parks, off leash dog area, restaurants, sweet treats, & shopping. The incredible walk and bike trail system is within a block of the front door. We often took our bikes everywhere and left the car. The dog park is maybe 1/2 mile but there is a park right out the front door and many dog walkers. There’s not much of an outdoor space for the unit but with so much beauty close by it was more fun for us to go explore. The neighbors/hood is clean and quiet. Sleep and safety were never a concern. Very generously appointed supplies (soaps, paper towels, coffee). We didn’t need anything once we got there but the host is very responsive and I felt comfortable that she’d be quick to assist if needed. Absolutely recommend and will definitely check availability on my next stay here!"
Modern and Relaxing Lake Sammamish View House

"This was just an average stay - may or may not stay again.Pros: House is beautifully remodeled and tastefully decorated. Was conveniently located to where we needed to be and easy to access. Property manager was quick to respond to messages and requests. Easy to access the home with the electronic keypad.Cons: When we went to check in at 5pm (check-in time started at 4pm, so we came an hour after that) there was still someone there cleaning the house. The slider to get to the backyard was inoperable, so the outside back was completely unusable. The ceiling fan in the main living space was extremely dirty. The garage was also unusable due to the piles of unorganized stuff in there, which was fine for us, but the posting does say that garage is accessible. The pictures in the listing seem to be enhanced for the better. While the house is nice, the pictures used are quite overdone."
