"Stayed here for one night when we went Whale watching. It was a self check in property but the hosts responded very quickly when I asked questions. The actual apartment was a bit dark but it was in the basement so to be expected. There were all the amenities needed which was great as we cooked dinner there that night. It was far from any town so you have to make sure you either bring food or eat before you get there but is very convenient to the East ferry if you are going Whale watching...

"Thank you so much for accommodating. My husband and I I was in town to visit and celebrate my brothers Kenny‘s 65th birthday at the wheelhouse. He is the owner of walk by the bay and we had a little puppy with us beagle and they were able to accommodate us thank you so much. We have stayed before without a town family and we will be back again. Thank you."
"What a pleasant, classic B&B experience. The Edwardian house was lovely and comfortable with just the right amount of creaks in the floor so you know you are walking through some history. The breakfast was delicious and the views were everything we had hoped for."
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay there again. Our Suite was amazing with its decor. We loved the outdoor patio and the communal kitchen with its coffee machine was great. Great restaurants and coffee shop were within walking distance, as were gift stores and an amazing quilt store."

Victorian ocean front cottage on the shores of the highest tides in the world.
10/10 Excellent
"Absolutely lovely stay. Extremely clean, comfortable, spacious cottage. Huge deck with comfy chairs for watching the tides go in and out. Friendly local host."
Home from Home - Cosy Cottage in Whale Watching Country
8/10 Good
"The host Diane is amazing and her apple pie was delicious. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was comfortable and clean but there needs to be a ALOT of weed eating done. The TV is to small for the space and has limited channels. Although it is a smart TV, Peter (the owner) has it password protected so no other apps can be downloaded. Netflix was available. Although the listing states it has a view, if the trees get any bigger there wont be. The location suited us because we were on our motorcycle touring the area and was close to the islands. Its a little bit of a drive to town for supplies and dinner out. BEWARE of the instructions where you turn into Tommy's Branch Rd. There is a tiny sign on a tree which is after the big road sign. We had a great stay but if we ever return we would choose somewhere closer to Digby."
