"I reserved 2 queen beds and was told to tell Expedia their website is wrong and that accessible rooms are not two beds, only one. So needless to say, I didn't get 2 beds. I was offered a room with a king bed and when I opened the door to the room, someone was in there sleeping. I was given a room already given to someone else. I was told they could not refund me since I paid through Expedia.
I then booked a room next door t Days Inn Itinerary #H16343089, directly through their website.
La Quinta never offered any kind of concession or even empathy. The person running the desk was overwhelmed and had a line of customers waiting to be helped. It was a mess."
