"Villa Theoni is a beautiful and comfortable property set in a quiet and safe village. It was a pleasure to get to the local supermarket for pastries in the morning, and walk back gazing at the sea. There are good restaurants nearby, and people were kind and friendly.It's elevated location makes for the best views and sunsets. We had plenty of space, and everything we needed. The pool and outdoor kitchen were wonderful.Dimitris kept in contact throughout and staff at Lefkada rentals were lovely.We thoroughly recommend staying there. Lefkada itself is a gorgeous island, we also hired a boat and explored other islands nearby. Would love to return and stay here again at this Villa."

"Amazing views (the sunset is amazing and was one of the main reasons we booked the villa!), the villa is exactly as shown in the photos. The villa was clean. The property manager was great with the communication and made checking in and out very easy! Pros: air conditioning worked very well, sunset views, quiet (sooo incredibly quiet!), close to the western beaches, walkable to restaurants, plenty of room.Improvements: could benefit from repainting the pool as the paint has peeled from the floor, new garden furniture (although the sun umbrella is clearly new and great!), few more items in the kitchen (extra chopping boards, plastic glasses for around the pool) would have been great. You do need a car (ideally a SUV / 4x4 type car due to the unmade road up to the villa). All in all it was exactly what we expected for the price and we would stay there again. "

"The staff working at the hotel are super friendly and try their best to accommodate the needs of costumers - our ferry to Kefalonia was cancelled and they were quick to keep our reservation on hold for another day. The breakfast was wonderful and it is right in front of a wonderful beach (perfect for wind surf) and close to town for a walk/stroll."

"We visited in May (early season). There were a couple of issues (no internet, leaking pipe) But the landlord fixed them straight away. Villa is well equiped and comfortable for 4 person max. Amazing views and the local Beaches are the best on the island but you need a Car. Egremni Beach you have a big hike and lots of steps, Gialos beach is the most accessable. Poto Katsiki is worth a visit ( pay for parking) A few tavernas are within walking distance with a convential Greek menu, food is Ok. The area is very Rural unspoil with little commerce apart from Honey and olive oil stores. A great spot if you want a Quite break"
