"Top hotel in a great location. The newly done rooms are super comfortable. We have stayed here before multiple times and always enjoyed it. Sadly, service levels are not what they used to be. Long wait times for coffee etc at breakfast, complicated and lengthy check-in etc.. Kempinski seems to rely on a mostly junior staff these days which did not appear to be well trained. "

"From the very cordial and helpful check-in, right up to the very welcoming and friendly attitude during breakfast, to the general cleanliness of the whole building and rooms. Sonia and her dad make you very much at home. Top attitude. Would surely not hesitate to return again as it feels very much like home. Bravo!"

"If you are looking for a place to stay that is not fancy and within a reasonable budget, stay here! The rooms were perfect for two people and while it is a quiet residential area, it is not a far drive to anything on Gozo. Absolutely acceptable!"

"A wonderful week's stay in this delightful hotel whilst visiting family in a nearby village. Appreciated the spacious room with large bathroom including a walk in shower. The room was reached by lift or stairs and was serviced daily by the delightful team members who were friendly and very efficient. The bed was large and very comfortable and there was plenty of space in wardrobe and drawers for clothing. A cooked or continental breakfast was served by a wonderfully, friendly and smiley lady...

"This property has an amazing outdoor pool...the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The dining options are varied and delicious.. buffet breakfast was decent and had multiple choices available. my room had a sensational ocean view and I enjoyed my stay. They offer luggage storage but it wasn't really locked up, so keep that in mind. It is walkable from the Gozo fast ferry but there is no sidewalk part of the way and the traffic with the ferry line can be kind of crazy especially Sunday...
