"I was very happy with my stay at mood matuna, staff was very friendly and very accommodating. I felt safe in the area and with lots of interesting areas to visit that is a walkable distance. There is even a small grocery store nearby if theres stuff you need for basic essential needs. They also have a restaurant that also offers room service. Food was definitely good and priced reasonably it was my go to place to eat. If i have to rate this place it would definitely be 5/5 the stay was comfortable and i was really happy of this choice for my stay. I would highly recommend staying here."

"We have a fabulous stay at Hyatt Regency Cartagena. Hotel is very clean, has a great location close to shopping centers, stores and only like 10 minutes away from the Wall City. Everybody was very nice and attentive, Marcelo helps us get to our room and made great recommendations that help us with our stay. We loved having breakfast at the buffet, everything was delicious and Yulieth and Nimia always welcomed us with a great smile and was always a pleasure talking to them. We also have dinner at Kokau, everything was delicious as well. Our server Luis Miguel was amazing every recommendation he made was spot on. We have a great experience, we will be back soon!!"

"the hotel is located in the heart of the city in Getsemaní, walkable everywhere. The staff is friendly and always happy to help, thanks to Katherine, Rene, Adonis, Joanna, Laury and so... the place is beautiful. The city amazing. Just take care with local people trying to sell tours to Islands or places. We had the worst experience although we ask help from the hotel."
