"I am very critical about hotels and this one truly was great. I have a four year old so both pools and the hot tub (which I wish was alittle hotter) were great options for us. It was also directly across the street from the park, Coca Cola factory and the aquarium! Literally perfect location, great spacious rooms and awesome staff. The only complaint I have is we found a sock under the chair in our room the first night we stayed, that wasn’t ours, but overall the room was clean. And also the parking is extremely expensive! Down the street there is a lot we paid only 40$ for three days. It was a 6 min walk but well worth it to save 90$. Their pricing for parking is outrageous and they should offer a discount for hotel guests in my opinion. "

"I had a generally positive experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and very responsive. During my stay, I noticed a bug in my room that resembled a bed bug, which was understandably concerning. I contacted the front desk, and they promptly sent security, Elliott, to collect and inspect it. I was reassured that it was not a bed bug, and they immediately moved me to another room to ensure my comfort. I appreciated how quickly and seriously they handled the situation."

"Booked two rooms for daughter and friends prom to dress and an overnight stay close to the venue. Valet parking is pricey at $50 per night per car. Common area furnishings look a little tired. Photos in hotel interior are prohibited even if you are a guest staying at the hotel. Staff do enforce this and are not friendly when they do. Smell of marijuana present in lobby was pretty strong. This place has unique interior features and could be amazing with some work."
