Horrible Experience Beware of Credit Card Fraud and Scamming Staff
I had a terrible experience at the Ramada Georgetown Princess Hotel that no guest should ever have to go through. Not once, but twice, staff at the hotel restaurant attempted to steal my credit card. On top of that, I later discovered a fraudulent charge of $727 USD placed on my card without my authorization.
To make matters worse, this wasn't just a one-off issue. It's clear that this is part of a larger scam operation, and shockingly, hotel management seems complicit or completely indifferent. When I brought up the fraudulent charge, there was no effort to help, investigate, or take responsibility. The entire experience was deeply unsettling and unprofessional.
If you value your money, safety, and peace of mind, DO NOT stay at this hotel. I highly advise others to avoid this place until proper security measures are put in place and the corrupt behavior is addressed.
