Georgetown Trip

This is a lovely property, with wonderful furnishings, (such as bed and linens), very spacious and is in a super close walk to shops, museums, restaurants and the wharf. Luckily we got some perfect weather and were very happy with out stay.

Coastal Retreat

Our 3rd stay- a lovely home in historic area Georgetown. Beautifully decorated- comfortable in every way with a well appointed kitchen. The stay is near Pawleys Isl. , Murrells Inlet, MB and just an hour from Mt Pleasant: Charleston. So much to see and do.

This property checked all of the boxes for my wife and I to stay in for 5 nights. The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable and is in a premium location for the shops and restaurants of Georgetown. We will definitely stay again.

Convenient and peaceful

The location is amazing. You can walk to any part of historic Georgetown within minutes. It’s nice to be able to park the car and just walk everywhere. Despite that it’s in a very peaceful location and extremely relaxing. The space is really beautiful. I’d like to thank the host for supplying lots of coffee as it was appreciated :-)

Georgetown weekend

My wife and I had another couple join us for a weekend in Georgetown. This is a perfect spot for enjoying all that Georgetown has to offer. Spacious and comfortable. Host is great.

Georgetown Getaway

My longtime friend and I went to Georgetown for a girls weekend! We loved how convenient the cottage is in proximity to front street! The house was clean and very well decorated! The property is impeccably clean and well-appointed. It is a short walk around the corner to Front Street which is lined with restaurants, shops and museums. The property features a large kitchen, living room and has beautiful windows on three sides. It is a great option for a couple or even a young family.

Girls weekend!

Clean, charming, and walkable!

We had a wonderful stay at the Corner of Broad. The place was charming, well designed and appointed with everything you need. I’m high maintenance and it exceeded my cleanliness standards! It was also just around the corner from the neat little historic town of Georgetown, so you could easily walk to get a meal or find something to do. The hosts were extremely nice and communicative. Would recommend!

Get Away to Low Country

After perfect directions and entry info, arrived at lovely unit for our stay. Everything was tastefully decorated and kitchen was furnished wonderfully, even some extras. All the linens were great, especially the bed linens, felt luxurious! WiFi was great and easily accessed. Rooms were spacious and light. The location was easily walk-able to lots of shops and restaurants on the lovely harbor. Everything was great and host was quick to respond.

Cozy, cute, & close to everything

We loved our stay at Corner of Broad! The apartment is gorgeous and really well-appointed with everything you could possibly need (even basil for making spaghetti 😆). We loved the large, spacious bedrooms with beautiful vaulted ceilings and so much natural daylight from all of the windows. The apatment is super close to downtown Gorgetown and easy to walk to everything. We loved it!

Beautiful rental in fantastic location.

We stayed here for 2 nights and wished we could have stayed longer, the rental is stunningly beautiful, the furnishings are stylish and tasteful. The rental was immaculately clean, we could not fault anything, would highly recommend. Georgetown was lovely, very clean and safe with lots of historic housing. There are lots of options for dinner and everything is walkable from the rental. If we venture back from Australia to the Carolinas we will definitely return.

AMAZING!!

This place is absolutely wonderful! I used this apartment to get ready with my friends for my wedding and enjoyed my wedding night with my new husband. It was a prime location to everything downtown. It was well stocked and extremely clean. Dana, the host, was so kind and accommodating. We can't wait to be back!!

Very nice unit. Had all the comforts, furnishing, and kitchen/bathroom accessories of home. The only issue we had was our age and going up the steps since it is a second floor unit of a historic home with high ceilings. We learned to plan our trips to the car.

Second Time Around

The apartment is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture. Bedrooms have room darkening curtains - super comfortable. The only limiting feature- for some- could be the stairs. The house is an easy walk to a vibrant Low country downtown - picturesque with shops for food to ... Close to beautiful Pawleys, Huntington Beach and Murrells Inlet!

Quaint Getaway

This was my first visit to Georgetown, SC, and it did NOT disappoint! The town is so quaint and historic, like a mini Charleston. Staying at "Corner of Broad" was the best decision! The apartment was spotless and and decorated beautifully. It looked like we had stepped into a magazine! It had all of the comforts of home, and the location was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere. It was one block off of Front St. where all of the shops, restaurants, and riverwalk were. We ate our way through Georgetown, from seafood, mexican, coffee, to ice cream! We also were able to walk through many homes around the historic district. Some were even our neighbors! Corner of Broad was so relaxing to come home to each eveing. It was a wonderful time, that my husband and I will cherish. You will not regret your stay at Corner of Broad!

Sweet spot in Georgetown!

My wife and I just spent a week in Georgetown and we couldn't have selected a better place to stay than "Corner of Broad!" The space is GREAT for 2-4 people - it is comfortable, well appointed, spacious and located in a PERFECT location to enjoy your time in Georgetown. Check-in was super simple - just a door lock combo - and the space was clean and welcoming upon our arrival. The King bed in the master bedroom is EXTREMELY comfortable, the chairs in the living room were great for lounging and the kitchen had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. Downtown Georgetown is a growing "main street" and the shops/restaurants that are already there are varied and plentiful. The historical homes line every block in the old part of downtown and the oak trees created moss-draped canopies over every street. Traffic is minimal and slow enough to bike ride throughout the neighborhoods and enjoy viewing the 200-300 year old homes. Pawley's Island beach is a short 10-15 minute drive away and offers a vast expanse of sand to find a nice, quiet location to pitch your chairs and umbrella. Additional restaurants and shops can be found in Pawley's and it is still more of a "quaint" beach town with no high-rise condos - just beach homes lining the shores. Great week to just get away, have some quiet time, enjoy the beach, leisurely bike rides, good food and quality time with my wife - and "Corner of Broad" made it all perfect!
