I booked a deluxe room, I was surprised that the room did not have a microwave, and it was a bit small to be called a deluxe room.
The thing is, by 9 am every day for one full week, renovation began with noise right outside my door, not cool.
When checking out, there was an outstanding bill for room service that I did not order. When the front desk showed me the signature, it was not mine, they fixed the problem, but this should have never happened.
The drivers, Raj and Romel are completely amazing drivers with awesome personalities.
I belive that I should have been informed about the renovations and noise at 9 am to have the choice to cancel my reservation or to keep it.
Overall, the experience was good, so I gave a 3 star for the hotel and 5 stars for the customer service and drivers.
