"From the moment you arrive and look at the very cool structure that this old Cole bottling plant was and how it’s been transformed to a very cool and beautiful hotel. The entire staff was kind and attentive. The lobby has a pool table that seems to be used quite a lot by guests. There is nice bar next to the lobby that offers great cocktails. We were on the 2nd floor of a 4 floor building with the widest and longest corridors that are beautifully designed with cool discoveries every 10ft. The rooms are really big with huge windows, a seating area, great local snacks, a nice bed with great sheets, and decor that is original and fits the vintage Industrial vibe. It’s the best place to call him when in Indianapolis and it’s an a trendy neighborhood with a food hall across the street that has awesome options, restaurants, coffee shops, and so much more. We loved it and we will be back!"

"WARNING:DO NOT BOOK A STAY AT THIS LISTING UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH A HOUSE THAT REEKS OF CIGARETTE SMOKE! We walked & were immediately greeted by the overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke. With my wife's allergies, we could not stay & had to book a hotel room elsewhere, that cost us a lot more money & was further from Lucas Oil Stadium, where we were attending the Final Four, which was a surprise for my wife for her birthday. The host was very uncooperative & would not refund us any of our money back. He stated the listing said smoking was allowed at the property. When it actually said smoking allowed in designated areas. He said the cigarette smell was residual from smokers smoking in these areas. When in all truth there were people smoking cigarettes in the house itself. He said he would refund us whatever nights he could rebook if we cancelled. The problem was VRBO said canceling was unavailable since the booking already started. I contacted VRBO & explained all of this to them, and they were no help either! The house also doesn't look anything like the pictures. The location also felt very unsafe. The road out front was very noisy, & you could hear everything outside. We determined all of this & the overwhelming cigarette smell in the 15 mins we were there trying out where we were going to stay the next 4 days in Indy. We left the place exactly as we had found it. Which meant no need to clean or change sheets, etc. STILL NO REFUND! WOW! "

"Room was fine, but a little run down. Water stain on the lower part of our drapes and a few broken or damaged pieces of furniture in the room. The biggest let down however was the closed pool due to rebalancing of chemicals with no notice. We only live a couple hours away so the pool was part of our reason for booking overnight with our two younger boys. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a great time at the children’s museum. We were just bummed out on the timing of pool maintenance."

"We hosted a family gathering here and it was a perfect fit. The upstairs is like a whole apartment so the family with smaller kids had their own space. We have 2 family members who use wheelchairs and the entire first floor had everything we needed. Note, the downstairs shower is a tub so use caution if your loved one requires a walk in. Alley parking was sufficient to accommodate 5 vehicles. Aaron was super responsive and very accommodating. "

"It was a very clean, unique house. Everything was very safe and comfortable. The online direction tool needs a little work. It dropped us off at a house around the corner. Otherwise our stay was very short, but enjoyable."

"I have stayed a couple times with this host and they have been great to work with. We needed more propane and let the host know, they were out within hours to refill... on a weekday nonetheless.We stay and will continue to say at properties owned by this group."

"The rooms were clean and well-appointed. Hot water was a problem. Very quiet neighborhood. Since you advertise a yard, there should be something of interest in it. Perhaps that happens outside the winter months. Excellent value."
