"The hotel is really nice… but I wish I knew a couple factors before I booked because I wouldn’t have booked it. The hotel is pretty nice and the staff is pretty responsive. My issue was that the amenities were all down. Like the sauna or the pool. Also the convenience store inside of the hotel is not 24/7. Our room heating system was broken. It would not turn off the heat so we had to ask the staff to completely turn it off in our room. Also, A/C wasn’t an option as they shut down that option since it’s still considered “winter”. But they were kind enough to bring us a fan… and btw, you can see inside of the bathroom from your room (thankfully there are blinds). For a brand like Shilla, I felt really let down."
