"Bathroom sign says sheets and towels only changed every 3 days unless requested. Okay, I'm for saving water. So we didn't request. But that apparently also means no housekeeping service at all. No restock of coffee amenities, no emptying of garbage, no tidying of room, no making of bed. For more than $200++ this is not a budget hotel, and housekeeping service should be automatic. Or update the signage. Also, ice machine on our floor was broken, a/c in room worked but was incredibly loud. Guest...
"The entire staff was very polite and kind.
Our room wasn't very well equipped, but it was very clean. The tissue box was completely empty (not like it had a few tissues left...so it should not have been missed). We had to ask for tissues, toilet paper, and body wash - just for a 2 day stay."
