"Staff was welcoming as I arrived and the place is modern and clean. Choice of water or cava to start and the staff at reception tolerated and even encouraged my mediocre Spanish. Cookies waiting in my room and a bottle of wine—enjoyed it on my private terrace overlooking Avignuda Diagonal. Trip of a lifetime and loved that I got to stay at 414 (I’m from “the 414” in the states—area code of Milwaukee). It was meant to be for me but I’d encourage anyone to stay at this lovely place. "
