Its distinguishing feature is the functional SPA zone consisting of a gym, sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool. The building is located right next to the Motława River, just 5 minutes on foot from the Old Town.



The Space:

The apartment is intended for a maximum of 4 people, but a couple will feel full comfort there. However, the swimming pool, underground parking and amazing location are not all positives.



Guest Access:

Another great value is the several dozen-meter-long terrace on the roof, from which there is an amazing view of the Old Town and its surroundings. This place is also an ideal sunbathing area. The height of the building means that we are much closer to the sun.



The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage. The parking space is intended for cars with a maximum weight of 2 tons, a length of 5 meters and a height of 1.75 m.



The Neighborhood:

The Granaries Island in Gdańsk is experiencing a real rebirth. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, attractive apartment buildings, access to the river and the proximity of the Old Town are its biggest advantages.



Getting Around:

Our guests can count on the services of a private driver. By guaranteeing a comfortable ride, he can deliver them from the airport or train station directly to the apartment.

The proximity of the main attractions means that the use of public transport is not necessary. If necessary, however, it is possible.

The tram stop is located about 300 meters from the apartment. The bus is even closer. In many cases, however, a better solution is to use the Rapid Urban Railway (SKM - Szybka Kolej Miejska), which stop is located a few hundred meters from the apartment.
