Excellent stay; all staff were welcoming and friendly. Only eleven minute walk to the Old Town Square. Lots of choice at breakfast but if you're stuck, there's freshly cooked omelettes with fillings of your choice. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Lovely spacious room and bathroom and both were very clean. The pool and wellness facilities were a great way to start or finish the day. Staff friendly and hotel is walkable from the main sites. Uber was very inexpensive to get to the hotel from the main station if you didn’t fancy the 20-25 minute walk. Good selection of breakfast items in a nice room with some table overlooking the river

Overall the hotel stay was fine. The check in/out were quick and the room was spacious. The hotel premises was nice and clean, and the room was also mostly clean the carpet in the room was just a bit dirty appearing. My biggest complaint about the hotel is that a huge factor in our choice of hotel was the amenity of the sauna/spa/pool. It is not disclosed prior to booking that there are swimming lessons for 1-5 year old children for most of the day on Tuesday and Thursday plus one hour on Monday. It is incredibly loud and never ending and when our stay was only Mon and Tues when we went on Tuesday the spa was completely unpleasant. For a spa area that is meant to be peaceful and quiet it was a jungle, and the kids even went into the jacuzzi which they were not supposed to. Very unpleasant for hotel guests wanting to take advantage of the amenities we are paying for.

The breakfast was delicious a great choice. Lovely breakfast room. Lovely amber touches throughout.
