"Here is the updated review highlighting the proximity to the airport: 5/5 Stars – Exceptional Stay Right Near the Airport! I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel! Its location close to the airport made transit effortless, and being able to store my luggage securely while I traveled around Europe was a total lifesaver. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a lobby that smells amazing and a friendly, welcoming staff that makes check-in a breeze. The rooms are top-notch for resting up. The beds were super comfortable, and thanks to the heavy blackout blinds and excellent soundproofing, I got a peaceful, uninterrupted night's sleep despite being so close to the terminal. In the morning, the breakfast buffet had a wonderful selection with plenty of options to fuel up before a flight. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Barcelona!"

"Loved the location. Easy walk for site seeing. Transportation able to arrive at the hotel. Room doesn't provide coffee. For coffee one must use a vending machine. I requested and received an electric tea kettle. Buffet breakfast is done very well. 14 euro, i thought, was quite reasonable Coffee/padaria shops only a few steps away. Hotel is rated 3 stars and performs up to that. Good for short stays. For longer I would choose a higher rated hotel. Overall, I was very pleased to stay here."

"Beautiful hotel from the lobby to the rooms. The amenities in the room were some of the best I have come by on my travels. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was perfection!"

"Lovely welcome Beautiful spacious room Fantastic rooftop bar Great breakfast choice Hotel is not far from La Rambla and had some lovely small traditional bars and restaurants in the area. Only one downside in my opinion. At night, the immediate area outside of the hotel had a lot of vagrant/undesirable types which our taxi driver also warned us about. Typical of a big city perhaps."

"The property/hotel is a mix of old and modern, the rooms are comfortable and spacious with everything you might want to hand; the communal areas are steeped in history and luxury; the bar and breakfast area are a mix of the two. Staff are super professional and helpful, they work incredibly hard on reception as they often seem to have cruise people all leaving at once but without issues. Location is perfect 2 min walk to the “5th avenue” type shops and only a few more minutes to Las Rambles (but far enough away). When returning to Barcelona would definitely use again"

The rooms were comfortable and the hotel staff was accommodating to all my requests especially my need for extra coffee in the evenings. :) Cheers to the lobby and restaurant staff for their managing us guests though the torrential rain that swept through Barcelona. They handled the unexpected really well."
