The back of the house is located near an old traditional barn still inhabited by only a few chickens! This is the place where you can play games (molky, boules...) on the semi-shaded petanque court or also have your meals on the covered terrace of the outbuilding. - If the landlord is obliged to give up the vacation rental due to the regulatory provisions put in place by the State related to the fight against Covid 19 (sanitary conditions, ban on renting, etc.).
However, this clause does not apply to other reasons for impediment that the tenant may invoke (closed beaches and restaurants, personal concern, etc.). Where applicable, the conditions of the penalty clause related to the deposit apply.
