"The room was dirty, sheets had something that looked like black bugs on top, there was trash behind the night stand and it did not appear to have been swept. When I went down to complain another person was doing the same thing regarding their room. They were able to switch rooms but I wasn't unless I spend another 60.00 for the one room that was empty since it had 2 beds. They gave me 10% off for my troubles which did not seem very good . They did have someone come in and change the sheets...

"Lovely and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome. The property is a bit dated, and the hallways and rooms had a slight musty smell. That said, our two-bedroom suite was spacious, well laid out, and worked very well for our family. We were also a little disappointed that there weren't more loungers around the pool, especially during the busy summer season. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a convenient location, with the excellent service being the standout."
