This home has access to Ideal Beach. Ideal beach is a resort on the shores of Bear lake, a quick 5 Minute drive down the hill. Ideal beach gives you access to a private beach, pools and hot tubs, acres of green grass, playground, sports courts, and more! It is open all year round with indoor tennis/pickle/and basketball courts. It also has the indoor pool and sauna available during the winter.

In the winter, areas near Beaver Mountain resort have several snowmobiling spots.
Neighborhood Highlights: Quiet cut de sac with front yard views of Bear Lake. Back yard backs up to open space so you can enjoy a private BBQ or evening chats on the patio while the kids play on the play structure.

Bringing a Boat?
Guests are welcome to bring their own boats or rent from Ideal Beach. If you're bringing your own, please launch only from local marinas—Ideal Beach does not allow boat launching.
