"Great location to where we wanted to be which was close to the ferries that take us to the Statue of Liberty! Plenty of food options close to the hotel, even an English pub right next door."

"The location was the main reason for booking this hotel. We got around the city easily. The room was nice, standard stuff. The elevators. As many as there were, were slow and somewhat confusing. Better signage on each one would help guide people which ones will go to which floors."

"Wonderful location and elegant property. Even if you don’t stay there, it is worth a stop to admire the stunning lobby. Had a great stay: bed comfortable, easy walk to shopping, Times Square and grand central. Good walk to theatre and museums. The toilet was leaky and constantly refilling all night, but otherwise really loved it. Would definitely stay there again"
