"Clean and comfortable, smoke smell was more than at other hotel casinos. Better early morning coffee options would be nice. Is was powdered creamer or nothing. The coffee and snack bar didn’t open until 9 so I went Starbucks."

"We could not sleep in our room, the AC unit was making such a terrible shrieking noise. My husband and I were having such a hard time falling asleep, it was frustrating :( I eventually fell asleep early in the am, after putting a pillow on my head to try to block out the noise. The breakfast was also okay. I don’t plan on staying here when I visit Chelan again. The chlorine in the pool and hot tub was excessive that we could only use it for an hour before needing to get out because our eyes were burning."

"The hottub was scalding hot, well above regulation and no access to change temperature. I reached out to the host on multiple occasions and was told Chris the pool guy was going to come resolve the matter but it didn’t happen."
