"Look, the rooms are small. Don’t expect a ton of space but the hotel is literally named “snug” so. On another note, it’s clean, comfortable, and everything a solo traveler would need. "

"We were really impressed with the hotel and the quality of care. It is relatively new, and so room facilities, such as the TV being easy to connect to our own streaming services (e.g. Netflix), were welcome. The rooms were kept to a very high standard with great attention to detail, and the breakfasts were fab. The only downside was the lack of a gym to work off all those extra calories consumed!"

"Check in was quick-but we were given an ADA room with the bed positioned against the wall and bathroom with no shower walls so everything got soaked. There were no shelves available in the bathroom either. Toilet wouldn't regularly flush. AC didn't work but could open the window for fresh air. Breakfast was ok, seemed like replenished often. Cereals, yogurt, puddings, sausage, eggs available. Lots of juices and a coffee machine. The lobby was very cute with lots of sitting areas and a small cab ride away from the city center. "

"Staff are brilliant. Absolutely family friendly with space for all to move around. Bedrooms are well appointed, with comfortable beds.. Food is good and caters for all. Entertainment was great and really loved Silkwood Band who played Saturday evening. "
