Beach access: Quick 3 minute drive to the Sea Isle beach parking lot.

Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Pet policy: Pets are not allowed.

Parking: There is room for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Step inside the main level, where you'll immediately be captivated by the spacious, light-filled open concept living space. A massive kitchen, inviting dining area, and comfortable living room—complete with a fireplace and big-screen TV—form the heart of the home. This level effortlessly extends outdoors onto a large deck overlooking the bay, perfect for dining al fresco, sunbathing, or simply soaking in spectacular sunsets. The luxurious primary bedroom suite, featuring a king-size bed and expansive bay views, offers a private retreat on this level.

Upstairs, you'll find three thoughtfully laid-out bedrooms: two featuring king-size beds and one cozy room with a twin bed. Enjoy private balconies off this upper level, each offering unique perspectives of the scenic bay.

The ground-level apartment provides additional space and privacy, complete with a living room, convenient kitchenette, and three bedrooms. Two bedrooms offer queen-size beds, and a third bedroom comfortably sleeps extra guests with both a queen and a full-size bed. This flexible arrangement makes the home ideal for groups, large families, or anyone seeking comfortable and spacious accommodations right on the water.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 14 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner's routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- No jumping or diving into the water. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

The house is very nice with beautiful views. Plenty of room for all our family. We came in early May knowing that the water would be cold but figured since there is a hot tub shown in the pictures that this would work.We I asked for instructions to turn it on I was told that the pool is not heated. I then asked again about the hot tub not the pool. They then said it’s not an amenity that they listed. Correct, however it’s in the pictures. If it’s not working you should state that. The pool is completely covered so therefore freezing. There is a heater out with the pool equipment so it’s either not working or they don’t want you using it. This is false advertising either state it is not working or you can’t use it if you are going to show it in all outside pictures. In warmer months I am sure the pool would be nice.We would stay again just in a warmer month!

The house was great! The disappointment was we were wanting a place with a heated pool or hot tub and this place offered both.. wasn’t told about these features not working. When I contacted the property manager they lied about saying the pool tech stated it was fixed when I was speaking to the pool tech and he stated that this was in fact broken. The property manager proceeded to tell me I was wrong. Once I stated for the 3rd time that “Devin” the pool tech confirmed it was broken the only response I received was a “sorry for inconvenience”. My family was super excited to be able to play in the hot tub and pool while the weather was being uncooperative so this was super disappointing. Sad that we picked this house for the weekend and the description of the listing was not true.
