Family Beach Time

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the house and all it offered to our entire family. Close access to the beach was very nice and we all enjoyed the Pointe West Beach Club. Would definitely like to book another family beach trip at this ideal spot.

Great weekend getaway!

The house was great for our weekend getaway, loved the quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and very well stocked. The kitchen was full of appliances and cooking supplies. The closet outside had everything you needed for the beach with kids, and I mean EVERYTHING! Multiple beach wagons, chairs, buckets, shovels. The only negative comment would be how hot it was upstairs. We would change the thermostat and it would be adjusted right back up. We had all the upstairs balcony doors closed all weekend because we have small children.

perfect vacation house !

beach is right around the corner, you get a nice cool breeze off the pond when out on the balconies or on the porch under the house, and house was set up for every age !

Sweet 16

My husband and I hosted our daughter and 5 friends for her 16th birthday weekend. The property was in a wonderful location. We were just down the street from one of the beach access points. The home was clean and well equipped. The girls had a wonderful time and made great memories!

Overall a great stay!

Carol is extremely responsive and easy to work with. The house is clean, the beds were very comfortable and the layout is perfect for families. We enjoyed all the pools and most of the amenities and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The walk to the beach is very easy.

Pros and Cons

Pros: Room sizes, furnishings, A/C, well stocked kitchen, appliances, patio furniture, beds (master is very firm). Cons: No down ramp on the walkover to the beach side (have to carry wagons and gear down the steps), mosquitos ( bring lots of bug spray), no cable TV - we were only able to get 3 channels. I could have logged into our accounts - but I didn't feel comfortable doing that.

Amazing Stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house was more than big enough for our family of 5. Everything you could ever need is at this house. All the sand/beach toys, a beach wagon and sunshade. The kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of towels provided. We rented a golf cart and enjoyed going back and forth between the drive on beach and pool at the beach club. The owners were extremely kind and responsive. This was such a fun family trip. I highly Recommend this beach house.

Mother's Day Getaway

This property is PERFECT for a family gathering. Great layout that allows various areas for privacy or conversations. The kitchen is ready to rock - supplied with utensils, flatware, cookware, glasses. Being able to roast marshmallows on the covered patio's fire pit was a special treat. Mattresses were firm and linens fresh. Excellent communications with the owner, too! Great value, especially if you purchase the Pointe West wristbands to make use of the pools and lazy river.

Getting out of cold

Had a rainy week for starters but then it was pretty nice. We stayed 5 weeks and give it a 5⭐️ along with the owners who even went out out of their way to meet us. Highly recommend this beach house great location!

October Break Family Vacation

We had an amazing time staying here in Galveston! This is our second time to stay at this house, and we love it everytime. The kitchen allows for big family meals and the kids love having their own room. The walk to the beach is super convenient and our dog is excited the whole walk. The beach feels private and there is a lot of space to spread out. We always have one meal or marshmallows on the fire pit too. We will definitely be back!!

The best!

The house was perfect, very clean, and had all of the amenities we needed. It was also super close to the walkway to the beach. We had to reach out to the owner for a minor issue and she got it taken care extremely fast. Her open line of communication was the reason everything went so smoothly. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. I would definitely book this property again. 5 Stars all around.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at Las Brisas. The home was beautiful and clean and just steps away from the beach. It was perfect for our extended family of 7.
