We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Casa del Alba and could not have asked for a better location! Even though it rained, my daughter and her friends still enjoyed shopping downtown, cooking yummy meals, and just enjoying intentional time well spent.

Our group really enjoyed our stay here! The house is right on the beach and walking distance from a grocery store. The decor is so cute, and the beds and furniture are all very comfortable! When we arrived, it was very clean and they had all the supplies we needed like towels and soap (and a Roku TV!).

We had an amazing time at this beautiful beach house! The house was clean, well equipped and exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable! The location was great with ocean views and a very short walk to the beach. The neighborhood was tranquil and easy to find. We definitely will be back and highly recommend this place!

Loved the view and comfortable beds. We also cooked breakfast every morning and the home has a variety of cooking pans and utensils. You do have to bring your own seasonings and whatever you need to prepare your meals as well as coffee.

Unit was beautifully decorated especially main level living. Ocean views better than expected and beds comfortable. Shower curtain smelled like urine in master and should be replaced. WiFi was out until last night of trip and not resolved quickly however didn’t even ruin trip and had family game night which was so much better. Neighbors friendly beach was beautiful townhome lovely and would definitely rent again.

PROS: Nice location, short easy walk to beach. Clean, air worked well, kitchen well stocked with plates, cups, pots and pans. Good streaming on TV. Good view of beach, beds comfortable. Nice outside seating areas CONS: no drain plugs for bathtubs, no dish rags, never could access WI-FI. Keep showing connected but never able to get on internet just by WI-FI. outside shower did not work, but able to use hose to rinse off.

Overall the house was not bad but it was definitely way older and run down then the pictures betrayed. We did spot a couple dead cockroaches and a lot of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. There’s no spices/condiments or laundry soap so bring your own. The signal was horrible and the Wi-Fi was not working well. The kids room did have 3 twin size beds and a roll out bed but there were no extra blankets at all. Great location. 20 minutes from the street and a very short walk to the beach. Overall for the price I feel like it a decent deal.

We could not stay at this home due to the fact that there were live bugs crawling all over the bed. Upon arrival the door lock didn’t work. It was completely off. So we called and were able to get a code for the manual key which did work. However, upon entering the bedrooms we found bugs crawling all over the white comforter. We also saw that the paint was peeling off of all of the doors. It was not a suitable place to stay with our two children so we drove back home that night and didn’t stay there. This was our family vacation so I’m completely disappointed and upset.
