Thank you to Mr.Iskender and all managers for their support and kindness .I took a cottage two bedroom it was nice for families to enjoy nearcabble car and sight seeing .The dinner was good also breakfast buffet . The only thing is they don't have blackout curtains. Also no evening programs activities such as music and dancing or Azerbaijan local show.

Best location

Great facility with exceptional location and friendly staff, especially Mr Alammad who was so helpful. The hotel has access to the teleferik, and also has access to Qabaland park.

Good resort. Major problem with the room safe box

Good resort. One major problem with safe box in each room is not safe. You can re-open it with the code 000000 regardless of the code you configure it with. When I complained about it to the reception, the told me that they know about the issue and nothing they can do about it. That was shocking to me.

We stayed at the basic villa for three nights. Overall the experience was good but when you're paying such a high price then want everything to be perfect. The drains were blocked and I complained about that too but it would wasted my time if i had waited for the plumber to come and fix it. The villa itself is a great option but then you need to call a car to rush for breakfast and dinners and sometimes they take time. We had young kids so the villa wasnt the best option for us perhaps. In the breakfast and dinner options, they usually repeat the menu... and its very indian oriented. You feel like ure visiting Goa, India

Very poor service. The suit room with a broken AC!! Many people were complaining the service and the response was very low by the staff. There wasn’t any support for any request. Even the staff gave wrong information about the dinner food. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. It’s aw waste of money and time. The customer is their last thing to think about.

Hiç Beğenmedim kapı kartı sürekli bozuluyordu her defasında yenilemek zorunda kalıyorduk. Odalardan her yerden yemek kokusu geliyordu yemekleri hiç iyi değil bir de pahalı bir çarşaf yorgan çarşavı ufak yanık lekesi vardı onun için benden 80 manat para aldılar ceza olarak hiç tavsiye etmiyorum.

الفندق موقعه جيد ولكنه قديم واثاثه قديم كنت حاجز جناح وغرفه وعند وصولنا اخبرنا الاستقبال انه يوجد اصلاحات في ثلاثه ادوار من الفندق وفيه ازعاج وعرض علينا السكن في فيلا غرفتين نوم واخذنا الفيلا وللأسف قديمة والاثاث قديم وفيها رائحه كريهه لم نستطيع النوم المطعم ليس جيد والفطور اقل من عادي وخدمتهم ضعيفه
