"Cleaning and towel exchange was good. I really enjoyed expresso. I was not sure bottles of water on the desk was free or not. (may be free.) It might be better if it was explained clearly."

"This is probably one of my favorite hotels i have ever stayed at! The staff were all super friendly and just the perfect amount of technology was mixed in but not to the point it prevented you from human interaction. Restaurant was also really tasty and the staff here are just spectacular! "

"The single room on the top floor was just right for my arrival in Vienna. It was in close walking distance to other amenities I required. Breakfast was sufficient and enjoyable. I recommend staying here"

"When I arrived, the room had trash on the floor and under the bed. There was also a hole in the back of the door, like someone punched it. The kitchen was dirty and the fridge had moldy food in it - the moldy food was still in the fridge when I checked out! For a one week stay, I was given only one bath towel. No hand towel or washcloth. There was no mat for the showers and nowhere to place your clothes while you showered, except for the dirty floor. On the second day, I requested help from Expedia to cancel this reservation, but the hotel never responded to Expedia. On the fourth day, I ran out of toilet paper. I notified the hotel and was informed that they only provide one roll. !! This was not disclosed ahead of time and all the toilet paper was in the bathroom for each of the 4 guest rooms to use. There was also no WiFi even though it was advertised to have it. The front door to the apartment was often left wide open and unlatched, which is a huge safety concern. I definitely do not recommend this property. "

"The first important thing is that the staff at this hotel are the best possible. I am an older person who needed considerablel assistance coordinating transportation, etc. and they could not have been more helpful! The hotel was also immaculate and located across the street from a huge mall with transportation stops in front of it! These were the problems--the elevator was broken for 3 days of my stay so I was trapped on my floor, unable to leave. You could not use the stairs either because all exits required cards with chips so if the card wasn't working, you were OOL. The same issue (broken elevator) caused an emergency alarm to blare for many hours (8+), which was problematic since my room was next to the elevator. The second problem was not specific to the hotel, nevertheless, I would not have gone to Vienna, knowing this. They are building a new metro line which means many streets and sidewalks are closed as well as metro stations non-functional. Each day I looked at Google maps for my adventures of the day but unfortunately, when I would actually start out to find locations, I would be unable to follow the directions because either the metro stop was non-functional or the street was closed. I circled one square for over an hour with the phone insisting I was within 5 minutes of the location but each path I took was blocked with construction. This is not the time to visit Vienna!"
