I stood I front while they all talked to each other for about 5 min before I had to interrupt them. Also, the elevators are incredibly slow so plan for that. Wish they had certain elevators for different series of floors. "

During the booking it says there’s pool access but does not mention that you have to pay to use the amenities. The cleaning staff were very friendly which I appreciated but the staff at front desk were not very helpful, I would say average service. "
