"I have stayed at this hotel 8-10 times. I like the location, value for money and great staff. Since my first visit they have renovated the rooms which enhances each visit. It is close to a tube station, pubs and shops. The next time I go To London this is where I will stay!"

"The staff at the hotel were wonderful and very helpful. The location worked well for us being near a tube stop. The room could have been a little larger with more space for our your luggage or clothes. Some shelves under the TV would have worked well. The breakfast got us through the day but omelettes or pancakes/french toast would have been a nice addition. The only negative we have is the cleanliness of the elevator and hallway doors and the bathroom in the room. The hallway doors had finger smudges on the glass the entire week we were there and the bathroom sink doesn't come clean. They only service the rooms on request so the build up of calcium is quite visible and just not what we are used to in our travels. We still enjoyed our stay and had a great time visiting London."

"The Captain Cook was absolutely perfect for our short stay, the room was huge and very quiet. The facilities are well maintained and very clean. Coffee, tea and water in the room was much appreciated. We loved the decor and will definitely be back. Only sorry we didn't stay long enough to enjoy the pub and food."
