The facilities (restaurants, SpA wellness) are really nice. However the heating in my room did not work with 10 degrees outside, and they didn't fix it, the gym was only usable between 10 and 22, however during check-in I was told that I would be able to access it 24/7,

Das Hotel ist wirklich super. Zimmer top. Personal frundlich und nett. Frühstück hervorragend Der Wellnes Bereich ist super alles da was man braucht. Parkhaus direkt neben Hotel einsame Spitze. Wirklich ein Aufenthalt zum Entspannen wert.

Vi har været på Esperanto tidligere og havde overset at deres pool var under renovering så det var lidt skuffende. Deres saunaområde er helt i top, der mangler intet og der er mange tilbud og god plads. Restauranten er rigtig god en fantastisk morgenmad og en god aftenbuffet som dog er lidt for dyr ift kvaliteten og udvalget. Parkeringen er nem, lidt dyrt men det er jo også parkering inde midt i byen. Fulda er en dejlig by og det er nemt at gå ind til bymidten og slotsparken. Et dejligt hotel med spa og pool i topklasse, restauranten er lidt for dyr.

Modernes, sauberes Zimmer ( Superior Doppelzimmer ) gut schall isoliert. Der Schwimm- und Wellnessbereich hat uns auch gut gefallen. Der Frühstückssaal ist schick und sehr groß, trotz vieler Gäste gab es genug freie Tische. Am Buffet war es allerdings sehr wuselig durch die vielen Menschen, die Auswahl war jedoch gut und für unseren Geschmack vollkommen ausreichen. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Man kann für 10 € direkt gegenüber vom Hotel im Parkhaus Esperanto für 24 Stunden parken, schön wäre jedoch eine Überquerungsmöglichkeit der Straße direkt dazwischen.
